Pamela Von Lehmden is a nationally recognized brand marketing and communications leader and the architect of
Ambition-to-Action℠, a proprietary methodology that helps brands turn ambition into momentum. She brings deep expertise in brand presence by building modern marcom systems, integrated content strategies, product innovation and engagement, CX journeys and cross-functional team design.

With experience spanning global agencies, Fortune 500 brands, and national associations, Pamela partners with executive teams to evolve how full funnel marcom works. She collaborates seamlessly across marketing, sales, IT, data, HR, legal, and communications to ensure ideas are visionary and actionable.

Her work includes leading award-winning initiatives for Hilton, CVS Health, Unilever, the American Dental Association, Jim Beam Brands, ConAgra, Kimberly-Clark, PepsiCo, and P&G. She built ADA Now, the association’s first GenAI-powered content engine, launched the Creative Newsroom at Edelman, and co-developed global agency frameworks like Path to Great Work and Change Marketing playbooks used across client teams worldwide.

She is an award-winning adjunct professor who has taught Design Thinking and Marketing for Social Impact at North Central College. A frequent speaker, Pamela brings thought leadership on topics including marketing to Gen Z, change readiness, GenAI integration, and building brand trust in dynamic environments.
